A suspect has appeared in court after police were called to reports of a robbery.
Officers were called to Waverley Street, Nottingham, at 6.52 am on Saturday (23 March) after a man was found with facial injuries.
Further investigations revealed that his bag was also missing.
A 35-year-old man has been charged with robbery.
He has also been charged with theft after a shaver and a screwdriver set were taken from a shop in Jennison Street, Bulwell, on 25 March.
Harris, of Southey Street, Radford, appeared at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court and was remanded into custody to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on 23 April.
