Nottingham city road closed after collision

The incident was reported at 10:00 am Saturday 4 March.

Huntingdon Street is now open in both directions and all lane closures have been removed

Southbound lane closure is now being removed

Huntingdon Street northbound between King Edward Street and Glasshouse Street remains closed to traffic.

Huntingdon Street southbound is now down to one lane from Woodborough Road junction

Huntingdon Street northbound is still closed


AA Roadwatch:

‘Road closed and slow traffic due to crash on A60 Huntingdon Street Northbound between King Edward Street and Glasshouse Street. Note change of location. Sensors now show the road is closed from King Edward Street.’

Huntingdon Street northbound remains closed to traffic between King Edward Street and Glasshouse Street junctions


AA Roadwatch:

‘Partially blocked and slow traffic due to crash on A60 Huntingdon Street at Glasshouse Street. The outbound side is blocked but it’s thought traffic is still able to pass on the other side.’

Nottingham Travelwise:

‘Huntingdon Street northbound has been closed by Police at King Edward Street junction.

‘Traffic being diverted down Union Road.’
