Nottingham International Market returns for five days next week

Market Place Europe will be returning to Old Market Square, bringing a huge selection of traders from across the world for a five-day event.

There will be a great selection of arts, crafts and unique gifts at the International Market. Shoppers can explore a unique range of jewellery, clothing, fairtrade wooden carvings and handmade ceramics, olive wood and much more.

For street food lovers, there will be a tempting selection of continental and international flavours to sample, including sicilian chicken and rice big pan, swedish meatballs, gyros, kebabs, greek pita bread and pies, mexican food, falafel, shawarma grill, and meats of the world such as kangaroo, venison, and traditional burgers.

Other food offerings will include traditional bakery products, olives, baklava, cheeses, salami, turkish nuts and rice, and for those with a sweet tooth you will be spoiled by french crepes and churros, gelato sorbets, fruit smoothies, slush snow cones, cheesecake, sweets and fudge.

Then, find a spot to relax and unwind in the bar with a variety of continental beers and wine, the perfect interlude to your unique shopping experience, or it’s a great way to finish and enjoy the ambience of Old Market Square.
