Nottingham City Council is resurfacing Queens Drive between Crossgate Drive and Castle Bridge Road.
Nottingham City Transport said:
‘To facilitate extensive resurfacing work on Queens Drive, the road will be closed towards the City between Monday 19th January and Tuesday 27th January, 20:00-06:00 each night.
Navy 49/A/X will divert as follows:
‘Buses will be normal route along Queens Drive to the Crossgate Drive junction. Buses will then turn right onto Crossgate Drive, left Meadows Way and left Arkwright Street and normal route at Nottingham Station.
‘Meadows Way will be Hail and Ride. Please request the bus in plenty of time for the driver to stop safely.’
Nottingham City Council:
Work will begin on 19 January and continue through to 6 February.
Working hours will be from 8 pm to 6 am Monday to Friday.
Phase 1 & 2 (19 to 27 January)
Queens Drive will be closed to traffic heading into the city. Bus stops will be affected, and buses will use alternative routes. Please check the bus operator’s website for updates.
Enterprise Way access restrictions from Queens Drive:
Phase 1a, 2a – Access only via right turn
Phase 1b, 2b – No access
Castle Bridge Road access restrictions from Queens Drive:
Phase 1a, 1b, 2b – Access only via right turn
Phase 2a – No access; please use the diversion
Phase 3 & 4 (28 January to 6 February)
Queens Drive will be closed to traffic heading out of the city. Bus stops will be affected, and buses will use alternative routes. Please check the bus operator’s website for updates.
