Resurfacing works are taking place on Queens Drive between Crossgate Drive and Castle Bridge Road, with overnight closures and restrictions.
The works started on Sunday 19 January and initially run until Thursday 6 February, involving a series of full road closures and signed diversions. Further resurfacing will then continue until 6 March under lane closures only.
All work is carried out overnight between 8pm and 6am, Monday to Friday.

During the final phase of the scheme, from 23 February to 6 March, skid-resistance surfacing will be installed along the route. This will require localised lane closures but the road will remain open.
Cyclists are advised that the cycle crossing linking Robin Hood Way with Birdcage Walk will be unavailable overnight until 6 February. During this period, cyclists should dismount and use the nearby pedestrian crossing next to Riverside Way.

Until 6 February, Queens Drive will instead be closed to traffic heading out of the city. Bus services will again be diverted and stops affected.
During this phase, access to both Enterprise Way and Castle Bridge Road from Queens Drive will be limited to left turns only throughout all stages of the works.
Drivers, cyclists and bus users are advised to allow extra time for journeys and to follow diversion signs while the overnight works are taking place.
