There are events this weekend planned to celebrate the reopening of the paddling pool at Victoria Embankment.
Nottingham City Council said:

‘Balloon twister: Friday, Saturday and Sunday

‘Join the Hook-a-Duck contests – running morning and afternoon each day!
‘Plus, the first 50 children each day over the Bank Holiday weekend will receive a free gift!
‘Splash, paddle, cool off with an ice cream, and most importantly… just enjoy yourself!
