The latest from them is the statement below at 4:05 pm:

‘We’ve been made aware of accidental third-party damage to one of our larger pipes in Nottingham, which is affecting the water supply for some of our customers. Our teams are out investigating the extent of the damage and are working hard to try and restore water supplies as soon as possible.

Once your water returns you may notice it is slightly discoloured, this is nothing to worry about and will clear on its own. We’ll know more once the teams have had chance to fully assess the situation on site.

Thank you for your patience as we work on this repair.’

At 2 pm:

‘We’re aware that customers in Nottingham may be experiencing some supply interruptions at the moment. There’s been a burst pipe nearby and our teams are on route to get water restored to customers as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

‘We’ll keep you updated on here as we hear more from our team on site. ‘
