A complex recovery is underway on the A52 Radcliffe Road after the incident at around 11 am on Thursday 23 October.
National Highways has shared images of the aftermath.
A spokesperson said:
‘The A52 in Nottinghamshire is now closed in BOTH directions between the A6011 (Gamston) and the A46 near Bingham due to collision involving a lorry which has struck an overbridge.
Emergency services are on scene.

The road is likely to be closed for some time.’
