Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and trace an unknown injured man who left hospital before booking himself in.
A member of public came across the man, who had significant head injuries, at the University Boulevard junction of Jesse Boot Avenue at 10.30pm on Saturday 10 October.
They took the man to Nottingham’s Queen’s Medical Centre but he left before being assessed.
Police have conducted extensive inquiries to try and identify and locate the man, including trawling through CCTV footage, and have now released an image of him appealing for him to get in touch or anyone who knows who he is to contact them.
Inspector Andrew Hallam, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “We are concerned for this man’s safety and we would encourage him or anyone who knows the identify of the man pictured to please come forward.”
Anyone with any information should call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident 773 of 10 October.
