Detective Inspector Lisa Jones said: “We are treating this matter extremely seriously and our investigation is progressing at speed.

“It is vital we trace the two men in these images, as we believe they will be able to assist our enquiries.

“We appreciate their faces are partially covered, but we are hopeful someone might recognise them from their clothing. If you know who they are, please contact us as soon as possible.

“The incident was witnessed by a number of people, as it occurred close to a school at a busy time, and once again I’d like to reassure anyone who was impacted that we are working hard to identify those responsible.”

Anyone who can assist is asked to call 101, quoting incident 445 of 30 January 2026, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
