Officers are in attendance in Lichfield Lane in Mansfield after a collision involving a three cars.
Police were called at around 1.20pm today (15 July) to a report of dangerous driving after car had flipped onto its roof in the road and hit two other cars.
A scene is in place in Lichfield Lane while officers establish the circumstances and the road is closed in both directions from the junction with Woodside Avenue to the mini roundabout near Berry Hill Lane.
Two people suffered minor injuries in the incident. A man is currently being treated at the scene for injuries also not believed to be life-threatening.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the road until it has been cleared.
