Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana has announced the date it will open the doors of its brand-new West Bridgford restaurant.
Located at 22 Bridgford Road, formerly Black Pearl the new venue will offer 105 indoor covers alongside a 70-seat outdoor terrace.
The opening marks Rudy’s second location in Nottinghamshire and sees the former Black Pearl pub transformed into a new neighbourhood pizzeria.
Following the launch of its Nottingham city centre restaurant in November 2023, the West Bridgford site will become Rudy’s 32nd restaurant nationwide.
To celebrate their latest opening, the team will also be hosting an exclusive charity night on 13th July at Rudy’s West Bridgford. Friends of charities Chance for Childhood and Macca’s Football Fund are invited for an evening of great pizza, community and celebration.

Since launching in 2015 in Ancoats, Manchester, Rudy’s quickly gained a cult following for its authentic Neapolitan dough and quality ingredients.
Rudy’s dough is made fresh daily using Caputo ‘00’ flour, which ferments for at least 24 hours, alongside the best quality ingredients from Naples, including San Marzano tomatoes grown on fields next to Mount Vesuvius and fior di latte mozzarella.
In accordance with authentic Neapolitan techniques, the dough is cooked in a Stefano Ferrara oven for around 60 seconds – resulting in a soft and light pizza with an airy and raised cornicione (the edge or rim of the pizza).
