Motorists are being advised to allow additional time for journeys as roadworks take place at more than 40 locations across Rushcliffe during September.
The programme includes temporary traffic lights, daytime and overnight lane restrictions and several full road closures.
Notices issued up to 4 September which can be superseded or changed at any time.
Monday 7 to Sunday 13 September
Main Street, East Bridgford: Two-way temporary signals will remain in use near College Street until 3.30pm on Monday 7 September for carriageway repairs. The lights will operate between 8am and 3.30pm.
West Leake Road, East Leake: Three-way signals will operate at the Birch Lea junction until Tuesday 8 September while a blockage is cleared from a telecoms duct. The lights will be in use between 8am and 6pm each day.
Nottingham Road, Keyworth: Three-way signals will remain in place at the Bunny Lane junction until 4pm on Friday 11 September. The lights will operate around the clock and will be manually controlled from 7am to 9am and from 3.30pm to 7pm. Severn Trent Water is installing connections for a development site.
Cropwell Butler Road, Cropwell Bishop: Multi-way signals will operate around the clock between Simpson Drive and Etheldene from Monday 7 to Friday 25 September while Cadent carries out gas mains replacement work. The signals will not be used on Monday 21 September because of separate Severn Trent Water work at Etheldene.
New Lane, Aslockton: Rolling two-way signals will be used on the section beginning around 180 metres north of the A52 from 9.30am to 3.30pm on Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 September. The work involves carriageway repairs.
Bridegate Lane, Hickling: Two-way signals will operate around 700 metres east of Main Street from 8am to 3.30pm on Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 September for carriageway repairs.
Main Road, Barnstone: Rolling two-way signals will be used between Park Road and a point approximately 650 metres to the north from Monday 7 to Wednesday 9 September. The restrictions will operate from 8am to 5pm while CityFibre carries out telecoms work.
Harby Road, Langar: Rolling two-way signals will be used between Cropwell Road in Langar and Langar Lane in Harby on Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 September. The lights will operate from 8am to 5pm for telecoms work.
Station Road, Keyworth: Two-way signals will be used when required around 45 metres north of Park Road from 9am on Tuesday 8 September until 3pm on Thursday 10 September. Virgin Media contractors will be clearing blockages from telecoms ducts.
Bingham Road, Cotgrave: Manually controlled two-way signals will operate around 50 metres east of East Acres from 8am to 5pm on Wednesday 9 September while a damaged frame and cover is replaced.
Abbey Lane, Aslockton: Two-way signals will operate between Abbey Close and Walnut Close from 9.30am on Wednesday 9 September until 2.30pm on Thursday 10 September for carriageway repairs.
A separate set of signals will be used between Crawfords Meadows and Dawns Lane from Wednesday 9 to Friday 11 September. Three-way lights will be used at junctions when required, with rolling two-way signals elsewhere. The restrictions will operate from 9.30am to 2.30pm each day.
Bridgford Road, West Bridgford: Rolling stop-and-go boards will be used between Park Avenue and Hound Road from 9am to 3.30pm between Wednesday 9 and Friday 11 September. Carriageway core samples will be taken.
Wilford Lane, West Bridgford: Rolling stop-and-go boards will operate between Foxfield Way and a point approximately 160 metres to the south from Wednesday 9 to Friday 11 September. The restrictions will be in place from 9am to 3.30pm for carriageway core sampling.
Rugby Road, West Bridgford: Rolling stop-and-go boards will be used between Studland Way and Syon Park Close from 9am to 3.30pm between Wednesday 9 and Friday 11 September. The work involves carriageway core sampling.
Harby Road, Langar: Rolling two-way signals will operate between Cropwell Road and Coach Gap Lane from Thursday 10 until Tuesday 15 September. The restrictions will be in place from 8am to 3.30pm each day for carriageway repairs.
New Lane, Aslockton: Stop-and-go boards will be used around 30 metres south of Abbey Lane from 8am to 3.30pm on Thursday 10 and Friday 11 September for carriageway repairs.
Clawson Lane, Hickling: Three-way signals will operate at the Main Street junction from 8am to 4pm on Thursday 10 September while Severn Trent Water replaces a damaged frame and cover.
Davies Road, West Bridgford: Four-way signals will be in use at the Abbey Road junction from 9.30am to 3.30pm on Friday 11 September while a damaged zebra-crossing post is replaced.
Monday 14 to Sunday 20 September
Wymeswold Road, Wysall: Two-way signals will operate around the clock at the Little Lincoln junction from Monday 14 to Friday 18 September. The work involves installing a new drainage chamber.
Main Road, Radcliffe-on-Trent: Multi-way and rolling two-way signals will be used between Nottingham Road and Vicarage Lane from Monday 14 September until Friday 4 December. The lights will operate around the clock while Severn Trent Water contractors replace water mains.
Nottingham Road, Cropwell Bishop: Multi-way signals will operate around the clock at the Hoe View Road junction from Monday 14 to Friday 25 September for gas mains replacement work.
Loughborough Road, West Bridgford: Two-way signals will operate around 15 metres south of Edmonton Court from 8pm until 11.59pm on Tuesday 15 September for gully repairs.
A partial closure of the bus lane will also be in place approximately 20 metres south of Bridgford Road from 9pm on Tuesday 15 September until 2am on Wednesday 16 September for separate gully repairs.
Melton Road, Tollerton: The northbound left-hand lane will be closed around 25 metres south of Tollerton Lane from 8pm on Tuesday 15 September until 2am on Wednesday 16 September while gully repairs are carried out.
Clifton Lane, Ruddington: Two-way signals will operate approximately 450 metres north of North Road from 9.30am to 3.30pm on Wednesday 16 September while an electrical supply is connected to a column.
Monday 21 to Sunday 27 September
Pendock Lane, Bradmore: The road will be closed between the A60 Loughborough Road and a point 300 metres to the south-east from 8am to 4pm on Monday 21 September. Waiting, loading and unloading will also be prohibited while carriageway repairs are completed. The diversion will use the A60, Bunny and Keyworth Lane.
Cropwell Butler Road, Cropwell Bishop: Two-way signals will be used at the Etheldene junction while Severn Trent Water installs a new boundary box on Monday 21 September. The restrictions will apply between 8am and 6pm when work is taking place. The longer-running Cadent traffic lights on Cropwell Butler Road will be suspended that day.
Melton Road, West Bridgford: Four-way signals will operate around the clock at the Ludlow Hill Road and Stamford Road junction from Monday 21 to Thursday 24 September. The lights will be manually controlled between 7am and 7pm while Severn Trent Water installs a new connection.
Loughborough Road, Ruddington: Rolling two-way signals will operate overnight between the two Old Loughborough Road junctions from Monday 21 until Wednesday 23 September. The restrictions will be in use between 9pm and 6am while BT carries out cabling work.
Ambleside, Gamston: Two-way signals will be used between Arla Close and a point approximately 120 metres to the south from Monday 21 to Monday 28 September. The lights will only operate when work is taking place and will be manually controlled during the morning and evening peaks. National Grid is installing a new electricity supply.
Easthorpe Street, Ruddington: The road will be closed between High Street and a point 95 metres to the east from Monday 21 September until Friday 2 October. The closure will operate from 8am to 4pm on weekdays for drainage work. Waiting, loading and unloading will be prohibited throughout the works, with traffic diverted via High Street, Kirk Lane and the A60 Loughborough Road.
Monday 28 to Wednesday 30 September
Grantham Road, Bingham: Two-way signals will operate around 20 metres south-east of Swallow Drive from 9.30am to 3pm on Monday 28 September for work on the central reservation.
Main Street, Thoroton: A section beginning approximately 210 metres north of Thoroton Road will be closed around the clock from 7.30am on Monday 28 September until 5pm on Thursday 1 October. The closure is required for a new sewer connection.
Melton Road, Stanton-on-the-Wolds: Two-way signals will be used approximately 320 metres south of Browns Lane from Monday 28 September until Friday 2 October. The lights will operate from 7am to 5pm and will be manually controlled while contractors working for Network Rail access a site.
Rectory Road, West Bridgford: The road will be closed to eastbound traffic between Exchange Road and Central Avenue from Monday 28 September until Friday 9 October for Cadent gas mains replacement work. The restriction will operate around the clock, with traffic diverted via Musters Road, Melton Road, Burleigh Road and Gordon Road.
Orford Avenue, Radcliffe-on-Trent: Multi-way signals will be introduced at the Vicarage Lane junction from Monday 28 September until Friday 9 October as part of the continuing Severn Trent Water mains replacement programme.
Exchange Road, West Bridgford: The road will be closed between Rectory Road and a point 30 metres to the south from Tuesday 29 September until Friday 9 October. The closure will operate around the clock for gas mains replacement work, with a diversion using Musters Road and Rectory Road.
Fern Road, Cropwell Bishop: Two-way signals will operate around the clock approximately 45 metres east of Church Street on Tuesday 29 and Wednesday 30 September. Severn Trent Water will be repairing a defect in a previous carriageway reinstatement.
Inholms Road, Flintham: A section beginning around 100 metres north of Main Street will be closed from 7pm on Tuesday 29 September until 6am on Wednesday 30 September while a damaged frame and cover is replaced. A signed diversion will operate through Flintham, Sibthorpe, Shelton, Elston and Syerston.
Colston Bassett Lane, Colston Bassett: The road will be closed between points approximately 285 metres and 465 metres south-east of Swabs Lane, Owthorpe, from 9.30am to 3.30pm on Tuesday 29 September. BT will be installing a new customer connection. The diversion will use Swabs Lane, Colston Road, Hall Lane and Owthorpe Road.
The dates and traffic-management arrangements are planned and may be changed if works are delayed or completed earlier than expected.
