The three-bedroom detached house stands beside Bleasby railway station and is being marketed by Auction House Notts and Derby. Its listing makes clear that the buyer will face a substantial renovation project.

The agent describes the interior as being in poor condition and says the property requires comprehensive refurbishment throughout.

The accommodation includes two reception rooms, a kitchen and a ground-floor bathroom, with three bedrooms upstairs and additional storage space.

Outside, the house has extensive gardens with established trees and mature planting. The agent says there could be scope to extend or redevelop the property, subject to the necessary planning permissions and consents.

The freehold property was added to Rightmove on 3 September, with the online auction scheduled for 28 and 29 September.

Prospective buyers can attend open viewings on Thursday 17 September, from 1pm to 1.30pm, and Friday 25 September, from 11am to 11.30am. The listing says no booking is required.

The £75,000 figure is an auction guide price rather than a fixed sale price. Buyers will also need to account for a £3,600 administration fee, including VAT, payable on exchange of contracts, and any additional charges detailed in the legal pack.
