Significant timetable changes to Nottingham City Transport routes from 28 May

There are timetable changes to Nottingham City Transport services from Sunday 28 May 2023.

The National Watersports Centre will now be served seven days a week, with new daytime buses operating on the 11C on Mondays to Saturdays, as well as Monday to Saturday daytime links introduced between Meadows, Lady Bay and Gamston on new service 11A.

Full changes:

South Notts 1

On Mondays to Fridays, the 17:02 from NTU City Campus to City is retimed to run 5 minutes later throughout.

Green 11, 11A

The Water Sports Centre will now be served seven days a week, with new daytime buses operating on the 11C on Mondays to Saturdays.

New Monday to Saturday daytime links through to Ambleside and Gamston Morrisons, by extending one bus an hour beyond the current Lady Bay terminus as new service 11A.

The timetable between City, Meadows and Lady Bay remains unchanged.

The 11A and 11C are part-funded by Nottinghamshire County Council on a trial basis.

Pink 28

Revised timetable on all days, to improve reliability, including additional journeys during Monday to Friday peak periods.

Blue 40

On Mondays to Fridays, the first journey to arrive in the City Centre will operate with two buses, to provide additional capacity for early morning travellers.

Red 43

Revised timetable on all days, to improve reliability. Core frequencies remain unchanged.

Red 44, 44A

Revised timetable on all days, to improve reliability. Core frequencies remain unchanged.

In the City Centre, buses will use the middle stop on King Street, coded K2. (This is the same stop as Red 43).

Sky Blue 45, 46, 47

Revised timetable on all days, to improve reliability. Core frequencies remain unchanged.

Navy 49, 49X

On Saturdays, the early afternoon bus to and from Boots Site (arriving 13:39 and returning 14:13) will operate with two buses, to provide additional capacity.

Red 50

In the City Centre, the 50 will use the next stop along on Angel Row, coded A3, located outside the former Central Library.

Lime 58, 58X

On Mondays to Saturdays, buses from Killisick up to 06:00 will depart two minutes earlier. From City, the 05:02 (Mondays to Fridays) and 05:32 (Mondays to Saturdays) will operate as a 58X via Coppice Road instead of serving Surgeys Lane and Homefield Avenue.

Yellow 68, 69

Revised timetable on all days, to improve reliability. Core frequencies remain unchanged

Turquoise 79

On Mondays to Fridays, the 07:00 from Bulwell Bus Station to Arnold will operate 5 minutes earlier throughout.
