Following the opening of Gedling’s new access road, Colliery Way, a prime piece of roadside land suitable for a wide range of commercial uses has come to market with commercial property agents Innes England.
The 13.4-acre site is located off Colliery Way, directly opposite a new housing development on which more than 1,000 new homes are being built and adjacent to the popular 580-acre Gedling Country Park.
