Six youths sent home to parents in Radcliffe for drinking and smoking cannabis

Police say the incident took place at Rockley Memorial Park.

A spokesperson for Nottinghamshire Police said:

‘After recent reports of anti-social behaviour in Radcliffe on Trent, officers were out on patrol over the weekend.

‘On Sunday evening whilst patrolling the Memorial Park, groups of youths were found to be drinking and smoking cannabis.

‘Six males and one female were searched and small quantities of cannabis was found and seized.

‘The individuals involved were taken back home to their parents and issued with a community resolution notice.’
