Officer spotted a vehicle on Nottingham Road being driving erratically
The vehicle was followed and stopped on the A52 near to Radcliffe on Trent.
The male driver refused to provide a specimen of breath at the roadside and was subsequently arrested for failing to provide.

‘The male, whilst in custody, did provide a sample giving a sample reading of 62 – almost twice the legal limit.
‘The male was then charged with driving whilst over the prescribed limit and awaits his day in court.’
