The Ivy Collection opens at the former Hugo Boss store in Bridlesmith Gate.
The brasserie, set to open on 14 October, will become the 45th restaurant in The Ivy Collection. Located on the city’s historic shopping street, Bridlesmith Gate, the restaurant will occupy the former Hugo Boss store.
The Ivy Nottingham Brasserie delighted lunchtime passers-by with complimentary bouquets, each wrapped in lace as a tribute to the city’s rich heritage as the heart of the global lace industry.
Accommodating up to 118 guests, the Brasserie, which will also feature a terrace area and a private dining room, will be open seven days a week, from morning until late evening.
The new restaurant will occupy an iconic building dating back to 1885, showcasing the grandeur of the Victorian era. Its striking architecture provides a fitting home for The Ivy Collection’s latest opening, reflecting both Nottingham’s history and the elegance for which the brand is renowned.
Davide Mazza, General Manager of The Ivy Nottingham Brasserie, said: “We’re so excited to open the doors to our Nottingham Brasserie on 14 October.”
“Our reservation lines are officially open so those who are wanting to be amongst the first to dine at our new Bridlesmith Gate location can book a table – whether it’s for brunch, lunch or an indulgent dinner – we can’t wait to welcome you.”
