Trent Barton buses Easter Monday bus and service centre changes

Bus operator trentbarton has confirmed its service arrangements and customer information over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, with a largely standard timetable in place across most days.

On Good Friday (3 April), buses will run to a normal Friday timetable, including night owl services. A normal Saturday service, again including night owl buses, will operate on Saturday 4 April. On Easter Sunday (5 April), services will follow the usual Sunday timetable, before switching to a Sunday service again on Easter Monday (6 April). Full weekday services will then resume on Tuesday 7 April.

The operator has also confirmed changes to concessionary travel arrangements. Holders of an English National Concessionary Travel Scheme pass, identified by the red rose symbol, will be able to use their pass before 9.30am and after 11pm on both Good Friday and Easter Monday, in addition to standard off-peak validity.

Customer facilities will also see some adjustments over the bank holiday period. Travel shops will operate as normal, from 8am to 6pm, up to and including Saturday 4 April. They will then be closed on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, before reopening with standard hours on Tuesday 7 April.

Customer services will maintain normal weekday hours, from 7am to 7pm, up to and including Good Friday. Opening hours will reduce to 8am to 4pm on Saturday 4 April. On both Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, customer services will be available between 9am and 1pm, but limited to email and social media support. Full weekday customer service hours will resume on Tuesday 7 April.
