Trent Bridge Quays: Ribbon cut on last phase of waterside homes development

Developers at a waterside new homes site have officially cut the ribbon on the second and final phase of its city project – with 25 per cent of those properties being reserved instantly.

Trent Bridge Quays, which sits in the heart of Nottingham’s sporting heritage district, has released the last 58 homes for sale.

The move signals the final chance for home buyers to get their hands on the pick of the brand-new properties at the site.

Some 95-homes were released in the first phase of the development, all are now completely sold out. The high-spec homes have appealed to a mix of home buyers including sportspeople drawn to the first-class location.

Of the 58 newly released homes, 14 are townhouses, 4 maisonettes and 40 apartments.

David Hofton, Elevate’s sales and marketing director, said: “All homes at Trent Bridge Quays have an EPC rating of B putting them in the top 10 per cent of energy efficient homes in the country.

“Townhouses have dedicated EV charging points, while the apartments have the option of secure, gated courtyard car parking and access to EV charging points.”
