Two-day dispersal order in Bulwell after business concerns over ASB and thefts

Police say businesses have reported anti-social behaviour and theft.

Police said at 6 pm on Sunday 1 February:

‘Please be aware that a Section 34 Dispersal Order is now in place and will remain in place for 48 hours with a view to extending should this behaviour continue.

‘This comes after numerous reports from shops and restaurants complaining of youths causing antisocial behaviour, theft and criminal damage.

‘This order allows officers to direct anyone engaging, or reasonably believed to be engaging in Antisocial Behaviour to leave the area. Anyone that fails to leave will be arrested.
