Cases

A confirmed case is someone who has tested positive for coronavirus.

48,374 new people had a confirmed positive test result reported on UK Covid 1 December 2021.

Between 24 November 2021 and 30 November 2021, 300,554 people had a confirmed positive test result. This shows an increase of 1.0% compared to the previous 7 days.

Vaccinations

Vaccines are currently given in 2 doses, at least 21 days apart.

50,963,718 people had been given a first dose by the end of 29 November 2021.

46,367,149 people had been given a second dose by the end of 29 November 2021.

Healthcare

Some people with coronavirus have to go into hospital.

Deaths
