The A46 between the B1190 and the B1378 near Lincoln is closed in both directions due to a collision.

Lincolnshire Police currently lead the response following a serious collision which has closed the A46 in both directions between the B1378 and the B1190 near Skellingthorpe.
All emergency services are assisting at the scene with recovery arranged and en route.
Diversion Routes
Road users travelling northbound are advised to follow the below diversion.
- From the A46 Doddington Island, take the exit onto the B1190 heading south-east for 2.6km.
- At the signalised junction with the B1003, turn left heading north.
- At the next signalised junction with the B1378, turn left in a north-westerly direction until it re-joins the A46 at Skellingthorpe Island.
Road users travelling southbound are advised to follow the below diversion.
- From the A46 Carholme Island, take the exit onto the A57 south-east towards Lincoln.
- At the signalised junction with the B1003, turn right heading south-west, continuing on the B1003 until it joins the A1434.
- Follow the A1434 until it re-joins the A46 at Hykeham Island.
