West Bridgford Australasian-inspired restaurant announces opening date

The long-awaited opening of the new restaurant on Central Avenue West Bridgford is just around the corner.

This exciting new venue will feature a distinctive Australasian-inspired menu.

During the day, Hemisphere will offer a relaxed setting for brunch, bubble teas, and hot drinks, while in the evening, it will transform into an upscale tapas restaurant highlighting vibrant East Asian flavors.

Owners Paul and Rachel Thacker are thrilled to share their culinary expertise with West Bridgford.

Hemisphere will occupy the former Shalimar building, which Paul and his father, John, have been meticulously refurbishing for the past three months.

In addition to Hemisphere, Paul and Rachel are the founders of Uramaki Handmade Sushi, a small business that delivers luxury, handcrafted sushi right to customers’ doors. Launched during lockdown, Uramaki continues to flourish, and Paul plans to feature some of its signature dishes on Hemisphere’s menu.

Hemisphere will officially welcome guests on Friday, 25 October 2024, with bookings now available at hemispherewb.co.uk.
