A sign placed at the premises this week by Nottingham commercial property agents NG Chartered Surveyors offers the retail premises To Let as a retail opportunity.
A spokesperson for Costa Coffee West Bridgford told The Wire:
‘We are closing in September 2023, but remain open as usual until then.’
There is no final decision on whether or not the business will seek another unit in the town, or leave completely, they added.

The details for the unit offer a price of £42,000 per annum, and go on to say on the listing:
