Road closures, temporary parking restrictions and rolling traffic lights will be introduced across several West Bridgford streets while Cadent carries out gas works.
Ropsley Crescent in Lady Bay will be closed along its entire length from Saturday 31 October until Friday 18 December 2026.
A section of Seymour Road will also close from its junction with Trent Boulevard to a point 50 metres south, between Monday 9 November and Friday 27 November 2026.
Temporary restrictions banning waiting, loading and unloading at any time will be introduced on both sides of the following roads:
- Rutland Road, from Oakfields Road to Julian Road
- Gertrude Road, from Rutland Road to Trent Boulevard
- Trent Boulevard, from Gertrude Road to Adbolton Lane
- Adbolton Lane, from Trent Boulevard to a point 50 metres south
- Pierrepont Road, from Trent Boulevard to Rutland Road
Rolling multi-way temporary traffic lights will also be used when required on Pierrepont Road, Trent Boulevard, Gertrude Road, Rutland Road and Adbolton Lane.
Signs will be displayed at the affected locations while the restrictions and traffic-management measures are in operation.
The works are being undertaken by Cadent Gas.
