Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to trace after a woman was followed in Nottingham.
The victim was walking from Old Market Square to The Park Estate when she began to suspect a man was following her.
Her anxiety worsened after she turned corners and crossed roads – only to find the man still following behind.
Eventually he ran up to the woman and admitted he’d been following her as he found her attractive.
He left the area when the woman told him she wasn’t interested in him.
Officers would like to speak to the man in this image as it is believed he can assist with their inquiries into the incident.

PC Matthew Fisher, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“Addressing violence against women and girls (VAWG), which includes stalking, is a force priority and that is why we are taking this report extremely seriously.
“We are committed as a force to ensure women and girls feel safe within our city and county and so it is important we trace the man in the picture, as we believe he can assist the investigation.
“Do you know who he is? Are you the man in the picture? Please get in touch as soon as possible.”
