NG Chartered Surveyors has a major instruction to sell the freehold of one of Nottingham city centre’s landmark buildings.
Offers in excess of £4m are being asked for Pennine House, the home of law firm Nelsons.
Pennine House sits on Stanford Street in the heart of Nottingham city centre.
The 23,229 sq ft building is a mid-19th Century warehouse which has been converted to office occupation across base, ground and five upper floors.
The offices have a major car park and are situated next to the new Broad Marsh Green Heart gardens and close to Nottingham Station, and major bus and tram routes in and out of the city.
Richard Sutton, Managing Director at NG Chartered Surveyors, said:
“It’s a real honour to be entrusted with finding a new owner for one of Nottingham’s most attractive office buildings.
“This is a great opportunity for someone to acquire this prestigious city centre building with the luxury of a 59 space car park and a fantastic tenant in Nelsons.
“I’d urge interested parties to get in touch asap as we’re sure Pennine House won’t be on the market for long.”
Pennine House has been let to Nelsons Solicitors as a whole under a lease beginning on 25 March 2018 for a term of 15 years.
