Western Power Distribution confirm they are working on the incident.
WPD said:
”We are aware of this power cut incident which was raised at 11:31am this morning 8 May and our engineers are working to get the power returned as quickly as possible.
‘Reason for outage: There is a fault on our low voltage network in your area which we are working hard to resolve.’
‘We are sorry for any inconvenience this is causing you.’

Post codes affected are: NG2 5AF, NG2 5AG, NG2 5AR
They expect the engineers to have restored power by 2:30 pm on Saturday 8 April.
