Severn Trent say engineers are still working on the repair.
In an update at 08:50 am 15 August they said:
‘Thank you all for your patience throughout the supply interruptions we have seen in your area which were caused by a 3rd party, not connected to Severn Trent, damaging one of our pipes.
Customers in the affected area should begin to see their water supplies returning. We are still working to fix the pipe, but we have reconfigured the water network to make sure your water supply stays on throughout the rest of the repair.

Thousands in NG2 NG11 and NG12 saw supplies disrupted yesterday after engineers working on the A52 Clifton Bridge repair accidentally struck a water mains pipe.
