The road closes from tonight for four nights.
Between 20:00-06:00 each night on the 14th, 15th and 16th December Clifton Lane is to be closed. During these times service 1 will divert towards the City via Queens Drive to reach Nottingham Station.
Passengers requiring Wilford Lane or Trent Bridge will need to stay on the bus for its outward journey towards Clifton.
Buses towards Clifton will be normal route up until the A52, where buses will divert along the A52 to Nottingham Knight before U-turning and heading back to the A453 and normal route.
