Road closed due to crash investigation work on A453 Remembrance Way Northbound between M1 J24 (Nottingham South / East Midlands Airport) and West Leake Lane. On-going since around 17:00, the road remains closed northbound but on a shorter stretch for investigation.

Nottinghamshire Police are in attendance leading the response to the ongoing incident and have closed the carriageway to allow them to work at scene.

Diversion Route
Traffic is being diverted via the solid square diversion symbol on road signs:
- From the A453 or A50 take the M1 northbound at J24.
- From the M1 Junction 24 continue traveling northbound on the M1.
- At Junction 25, exit the M1 onto the A52 eastbound towards Nottingham.
- Follow the A52 for travelling through Bardhills, Bramcote, Priory and A52 QMC roundabouts to A52/A453 Clifton Bridge interchange.
