A cool start with temperatures around 4–6°C, dipping to near 2–3°C in some spots. Skies mostly cloudy at first with light westerly winds around 5 mph. Dry conditions.

MIDDAY
Cloud breaking to allow sunny intervals to develop through late morning and into midday. Temperatures rising steadily from around 7°C to 10°C. Winds light, turning west-south-westerly then southerly at 5–6 mph. No rain expected.

AFTERNOON
A mild afternoon with a mix of sunshine and patchy cloud. Temperatures reaching around 12°C. Winds from the south to south-south-east at 8–10 mph, with occasional gusts around 18–20 mph. Remaining dry.

EVENING
Cloud increasing again into the evening with a small chance of light showers earlier on, though largely dry overall. Temperatures falling from around 12°C to 8°C by late evening. Winds from the south-east at around 10–11 mph, with gusts into the mid-20s mph. A cooler, cloudier end to the day.
