Police appeal after cars vandalised at Morrisons over 12-month period

Police are appealing for help to find a man wanted in connection with a spate of vandalism in the Clifton area of Nottingham.

Officers are trying to trace 30-year-old Jake Farmer after car windows were smashed during a series of incidents.

The vehicles were damaged in various areas of Clifton, including the Morrisons supermarket car park, in Green Lane, on a number of occasions between March 2025 and March 2026.

Police Constable Daniel Carter, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:

“People have been left with serious concerns, costly repair bills and inconvenience following these incidents.

“We want to speak to Jake Farmer about them and are appealing for the public’s help to locate him.

“If you have seen him recently and have any information on his whereabouts, or any vehicle to which he may have access, please call us immediately, quoting incident 26000075325.

“Information on his whereabouts can also be given via Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
