Bus passengers are being warned of delays, stop closures and diversions affecting several Nottingham City Transport services next week.
The disruption includes overnight closures on the A52 Derby Road, works on the A52 between Gamston and Bingham, carriageway repairs in Chilwell, and ongoing roadworks affecting services in Clifton, East Leake, Mapperley, West Bridgford and at Nottingham City Hospital.
The A52 Derby Road will be closed in both directions between the Priory and QMC roundabouts on the evenings of Monday 15 June to Friday 19 June inclusive, between 8pm and 6am each night.
Orange 35, 35B and 36 services will divert during the closures.
Services towards Bulwell or Chilwell will serve QMC as normal before diverting via Clifton Boulevard, Beeston Road and University Boulevard. The 36 will then turn into Broadgate, while the 35 will continue onto Woodside Road.
Services towards the city will also divert via Woodside Road, University Boulevard, Beeston Road, Clifton Boulevard and Derby Road before resuming normal route from QMC Main Entrance.
Passengers travelling to the city from Woodside Road are advised to cross over to catch the diverted 35 or use Broadgate.
Stops affected by the Derby Road closure include The Priory, Charles Avenue, Uni North Entrance, Uni West Gate, Manton Crescent, Woodside Road/Hathern Green, Lenton Hall and Wollaton Park Gates.
Temporary traffic lights are also in use overnight on Derby Road at the University North Entrance on Saturday 13 June and Sunday 14 June, from 8pm to 5am each night. Delays are expected to Orange 35 and 36 services.
The University North Entrance stop towards the city will be closed between 8pm on Saturday 13 June and around 1pm on Sunday 14 June.
Pathfinder 90 will also be affected by overnight works on the A52 between Gamston and Bingham.
From 8pm on Monday 15 June until 6am on Tuesday 16 June, buses towards Bingham and Newark will divert after Gamston Lock via Tollerton, Cotgrave and the A46. Services towards Nottingham will run as normal.
Further works from 8pm on Tuesday 16 June until 6am on Wednesday 17 June will mean Pathfinder 90 diverts in both directions between Gamston Lock and Saxondale via Tollerton, Cotgrave and the A46.
Stops affected include A52 Radcliffe/Cropwell Road, Woodside Road, Northfield Avenue, St James Business Park, Henson Lane and Saxondale Island.
In Chilwell, Inham Road will be closed for carriageway repairs from 9am on Tuesday 16 June until 2.30pm on Monday 22 June.
Orange 36 and 36U will be affected. Buses will continue along Bramcote Lane before diverting via Field Lane and Eskdale Drive. Passengers are advised to use stops on Bramcote Lane or Eskdale Drive.
The stops affected include Blandford Road, Wentworth Road, Great Hogget Drive, Oak Acre and Valley Road.
Several ongoing disruptions also remain in place.
Gas works on Clifton Road are causing severe delays to Navy 3 and 3A services, with short-notice cancellations likely.
Roadworks on Gotham Road in East Leake are affecting Green 1, with the East Leake Shops stops potentially taken out of use.
On Woodborough Road, the Mapperley Rise stop towards the city, used by Sky Blue 60 and 61, cannot be served because of construction works. Passengers are advised to use the next stop, Private Road.
The Eyam Close stop used by Pink 30 towards Wollaton remains closed because of roadworks.
Green 7 is being delayed by roadworks on Melton Road between Valley Road and Melton Gardens. The Firs Road stops are closed, with temporary stops nearby.
The Vernon Road stops used by Yellow 68 and 69 near Basford Crossings are also out of use because of roadworks.
At Nottingham City Hospital, Linden Way remains closed to traffic until Monday 30 June, affecting Blue 40 and 40X services.
Blue 40 services to Edwards Lane Estate are using South Road and Gate 5 before rejoining route on Edwards Lane. Services towards the city are entering the hospital campus through Gate 4 and resuming from the Radiotherapy stop on North Road.
Blue 40X services are also using Gate 4 and the Radiotherapy stop while the closure remains in place.
Looking further ahead, works at Lowdham Roundabout as part of the A6097/A614 improvement scheme are due to begin from August 2026 and are expected to last around 13 months, with delays likely to Pathfinder 26.
