Early morning starts cool, with temperatures around 12C at 6am and 7am, rising to 13C by 8am. It should be largely dry at first, with the chance of rain below 5% at 6am and 7am, then around 10% by 8am and 9am. Winds will be from the south-west, increasing from around 3mph to 8mph through the morning.
By late morning, temperatures rise to 17C at 10am and 18C by 11am. The chance of rain increases sharply, reaching around 30% at 10am and 50% by 11am. Gusts strengthen too, reaching around 31mph to 32mph late morning, so it may feel breezier than the base wind speeds suggest.
Around midday and into the afternoon, it stays mild, with temperatures around 19C to 20C. The rain risk remains fairly high, generally around 40% to 50%, with a mix of bright spells, cloud and possible showers. Winds stay south-westerly at around 8mph to 9mph, with gusts around 29mph to 31mph for much of the afternoon.
The UV level peaks at 4 from late morning into early afternoon, before easing later in the day.
By late afternoon and evening, temperatures hold close to 20C until around 7pm, then ease only slowly to 19C by 8pm and 18C by 11pm. The chance of rain remains at around 40% to 50% into the evening, so showers remain possible rather than confined to the daytime.
Winds stay mostly south-westerly or west-south-westerly through the evening, gradually easing from around 8mph to 6mph. Gusts fall from the mid-20s mph early evening to around 18mph by late evening. Humidity rises steadily, reaching around 90% by the end of the day.
