Nottingham Express Transit (NET)’s Forest Park & Ride will be closed to allow Goose Fair organisers to prepare, host and pack down the popular event.
The facility will close from 6pm on Sunday 20 September to 9 am on Wednesday 07 October,
All trams will still be running from The Forest tram stop during that period, and NET’s six other Park & Ride sites will still be in operation, including its Wilkinson Street Park & Ride which is located less than a ten-minute drive from The Forest.
NET’s Park & Ride sites offer a convenient way to beat inner city traffic and expensive city centre parking, with Park & Ride users able to park at each Park & Ride site for free with a valid tram ticket or pass.
