Work starts on 110 more homes in Radcliffe-on-Trent

Avant Homes East Midlands is delivering a further 110 homes in Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, after being granted planning for the second phase of its £61m, 212-home development.

The new phase of homes will be part of the housebuilder’s Hackett Grange development, which is located off Nottingham Road.

The second phase comprises a mix of one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and features 12 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.

All the homes are energy efficient and typically have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of B or above.

Work is already underway on the second phase of Hackett Grange, with the first residents expected to move into their new homes early next year.
