There are long delays on the A1 Newark Showground area.
Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said at 3:08 pm on Monday 27 July:
‘We have a number of fire engines in attendance at an incident on the A1, where two vehicles were on fire.
‘The fire is now out, however there is significant fire damage – we will remain on scene for another couple of hours.
‘This is causing a lot of traffic in the area around the southbound Junction with the A46.’
