Appeal after burglary at a Hockley shop

Police are appealing for information after a Nottingham shop was burgled.

Cash from inside a till was stolen from K-Pop Korner, in Heathcoat Street, Hockley.

A window above the shop door was smashed during the break in, which was reported at 7am on Wednesday (3 December).

Officers are carrying out CCTV enquiries and forensic analysis as part of the investigation.

Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to come forward.

PC Ben Harwood, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:

“We have launched an investigation and we would urge anyone who has any information that could assist our enquiries to come forward straight away.

“Nobody should ever have their livelihoods put at risk by criminality which is why we are committed to identifying the offender or offenders and bringing them to justice.”
