A man wanted in connection with a firearm offence in Nottingham is now in custody.
Quamai Nugent, aged 31, of no fixed address, was wanted in connection with an incident in Lowdham Street in St Ann’s.
The incident happened at around 5 am on Sunday 2 June after a firearm was discharged in the street.
Nugent was arrested on Tuesday 18 June and charged the following day.
He is charged with several offences including possession of a firearm with intent to cause serious injury or endanger life and assault causing grievous bodily harm.

He has been remanded into custody.
