The reserve will reopen next week after flooding caused safety concerns for visitors.
Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust said:
‘We are delighted to announce, that following an onsite assessment today, the water levels have reduced enough to open the centre tomorrow Monday 8 January, from 11am.
‘There will be a reduced menu but all other facilities will be available as usual.
‘While much of the water has subsided, there are still areas with some standing water so please exercise caution around the wider reserve.
‘Staff will be on hand to support with any queries and we look forward to welcoming you back.’
