This update from Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CCG shows both figures have seen increases in the last week.
Hospitals
- We have seen 118 admissions relating to Covid-19 in the seven days to 8 August, which compares to 89 in the previous 7 day period
- We had 160 beds occupied by Covid+ patients on 15 August, this compares to 131 on 8 August
- Of those 160 beds, 14% (23 beds) were mechanically ventilated
- In the week from 12 – 18 August there were 2 deaths, which compares to 7 the previous week

General Practice
- June saw 522,336 GP appointments with 57% being face-to-face and 51% being the same day or next
Vaccinations
- Latest figures (8 December – 15 August) show in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire 25,775 vaccines have been administered in the last week. In total, 1,307,966 vaccinations have now been administered with 600,337 of these being second doses. In Bassetlaw, a total of 164,048 vaccines have been administered with 77,263 of these being second doses.
- A breakdown of the figures, alongside ONS population estimates, show vaccines have been administered to 94.5% of people aged 80+, 100% of people aged 75-79, 98% of people aged 70-74, 93.5% of people aged 65-69, 99.2% of people aged 60-64, 97.1% of people aged 55-59, 91.8% of people aged 50-54, 84.7% of people aged 45-49 and 89% of people aged 40-44, 83.1% of people aged 35-39, 79.2% of people aged 30-34, 62.3% of people aged 25-29, 62.8% of people aged 18-24 and 2.5% of people under the age of 18.
- Second doses have been administered to 92.9% of people aged 80+, 100% of people aged 75-79, 96.9% of people aged 70-74, 92.1% of people aged 65-69, 96.6% of people aged 60-64, 94.2% of people aged 55-59, 88.7% of people aged 50-54, 79.6% of people aged 45-49 and 80.9% of people aged 40-44, 69.4% of people aged 35-39, 58.9% of people aged 30-34, 37% of people aged 25-29, 24% of people aged 18-24 and 0.6% of people under the age of 18.
