‘Further light rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. We expect river levels to remain high until Sunday 07/01/2024.
‘We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are patrolling watercourses in the area.
‘Please move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety and avoid contact with flood water. Contact your insurance company if you have been flooded.’
