A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs following the warrant in Corby Road.
The warrant was the fifth in four days in the area.
The enforcement action was part of the roll out of Operation Reacher, which is introducing new teams of officers to all 12 neighbourhood policing areas across the county, and is designed to react dynamically to community concerns.
Police also carried out separate early morning raids in Mansfield and Gedling as part of further investigations into the supply of illegal drugs.

Operation Reacher was first introduced in Bestwood in April 2018 and was successful in comprehensively dismantling organised crime groups that had been blighting the area. Some £1.8m of drugs being recovered and lengthy jail sentences were handed down to dozens of criminals in its first year alone.
The county-wide expansion of the scheme marks a significant investment in proactive policing by Nottinghamshire Police.
Sergeant Jay Lee, leading the new Mansfield Operation Reacher Team, said: “This morning’s raids were the first of many that are intended to disrupt the local supply of illegal drugs.
“We will be keeping up the pressure on local suspects and in the weeks and months ahead with more intelligence led raids on domestic and commercial properties.
“We’ll not always find what we are looking for but I have a clear warning for anyone involved in the supply of illegal drugs: it is very likely that we are watching you and now have additional resources to come after you.
“So, if you are dealing drugs in our community then you can expect a visit from the Operation Reacher Team in the very near future.”
