Officers investigating an assault at a Nottingham venue in which a man suffered a fractured eye socket have released CCTV images of two men they want to identify and speak to in connection with the incident.
The victim was punched in the face while at Nottingham’s Rescue Rooms music venue between 11.50pm on Wednesday 24 April 2024 and 12.10am on Thursday 25 April 2024.
He needed hospital treatment for his injuries.
Two more men were punched to the head and face during the altercation.
PC Daniel Johnson, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This incident took place at a time when the Rescue Rooms would have been busy with people who might have seen what occurred and may recognise the two individuals pictured below.
“As part of our ongoing inquiries I am appealing to the two men featured in these CCTV images, or anyone who recognises either of them, to please come forward. We believe they could hold information that could be vital to our continuing investigation.”
