Detectives are investigating after a man suffered knife wounds following a fight in the street.
Police were called to Iremonger Road, Nottingham, shortly after 2.30am today (30 October) following reports of a large disturbance outside The Nest music venue.
The victim, aged 19, was taken to hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life-altering or life-threatening.
Detective Inspector Ian Smith, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“Thankfully the victim’s injuries are not as serious as they might have been. That said, we are treating the incident extremely seriously as we will not tolerate people using weapons on our streets.
