Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have negotiated a lease renewal on a prime Nottingham retail unit that has seen a popular coffee shop commit to the city centre for another five years.
Kigali Coffee, previously Outpost, has signed the lease extension at 2 Stoney Street in the popular Hockley area of Nottingham city centre in a deal brokered by NG’s Head of Agency Sunny Landa.
Greg Campher, Director at Kigali, said: “These are challenging times for the city centre, but we have complete confidence in Nottingham and our premises in Stoney Street.
“We’re delighted to have committed to another five years in Nottingham and we can’t wait to expand our offering to the city – and beyond.
“I’d like to thank Sunny and the NG team for making the entire process hassle-free. NG has been fantastic to deal with and they’re a vital part of our success story.”
Sunny added: “Kigali Coffee is a real Nottingham success story and it’s been fantastic to not only follow their story, but have a small part in it.
