There are delays on the A52 Clifton Bridge after a vehicle shed its load.
Wednesday 7 Feb – National Highways – 8:45 pm Lorry has been recovered and spillage/debris cleared up, all lanes are open on the A52 eastbound within the A453 (Riverside) Delays have cleared quickly, safe travels this evening.

There are delays of up to 1 hour on the A52 eastbound due to a broken down lorry within the A453 (Riverside) junction near Nottingham
The lorry has also suffered a hydraulic leak.

‘The outbound carriageway towards the Nottingham Knight is currently closed. Please avoid the area while investigations take place and the scene is made safe.’

‘There is an incident on Clifton Bridge, where a vehicle has shed its load.
‘This will cause significant delays on Navy 1, 3, 4, 48 and Grey 53. As Nottingham Forest play at home later, this will affect our services well into the evening.
‘Please allow extra time for your journeys.’
